Adhikram Maitra

Founding Engineer with a background in large-scale data engineering, specializing in agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and AI-native outreach that drive measurable revenue.

I launched my career as a founding backend engineer, architecting the digital backbone for an ed-tech startup that scaled to 10,000 users in three months. I then moved into data engineering at Media.net, building systems that process billions of rows and cutting streaming latency materially. I helped take a SaaS product from zero to $20,000 in monthly revenue. Today I build agentic RAG layers and outreach systems for real estate, enabling data-driven decisions and stronger deal flow at scale.
